Island Vibes (JAMGO) is operated by Aviantech Solutions ("we", "us", "the seller"). By using this website and its services, you are entering into an agreement with Aviantech Solutions.

By accessing or continuing to use Island Vibes (JAMGO), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Island Vibes (JAMGO) is a Jamaican travel, lifestyle and local business discovery platform. Visitors can explore places and events across all 14 parishes; registered users can post events and like posts; subscribed businesses can publish a business listing, photos, videos, menus, services and prices.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
• Post spam, misleading listings, or content that infringes others' intellectual property;
• Upload malware, probe or attack our systems, or scrape the service in bulk;
• Create accounts by automated means or create multiple accounts to evade limits;
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

You are responsible for the content you post, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Aviantech Solutions retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You retain ownership of the content you post, and grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service.

Paid business features require an active subscription, billed monthly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

We work hard to keep Island Vibes (JAMGO) available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. When a business subscription ends, paid features are disabled; you may contact us to request an export or deletion of your content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
